In what has to be one of the only humorous moments in this whole health care bill fiasco, Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) actually voted NO on the bill before realizing his mistake and voting yes, prompting a laugh in the chamber, especially from Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY).
(I guess we can’t say that Harry Reid never had an intelligent moment in his life. He now had one, albeit a very quick one .)
