As you can see from the picture below, Israelis have greatly simplified weather and meteorological reporting methods!
Translation:
Weather and Meteorological Forecasting Rock
When the rock is wet — it’s raining.
When the rock is dry — it’s not raining.
When the rock is covered on top with a white layer — it’s snowing.
When there are chunks of ice on the rock — it’s hailing.
When the rock is not visible — there is heavy fog.
When the rock is swinging in all directions — there is heavy wind.
When the rock is missing completely — there was a hurricane.
When the rock is moving up and down — there is a strong earthquake.
When the rock tastes salty — there was a tsunami.
